Melissa and Chris Bruntlett are Dutch Canadian authors and urban mobility advocates who strive to communicate through written and visual storytelling the benefits of happier, healthier, more human-scale cities. Together they have written three books: Building the Cycling City, Curbing Traffic, and most recently Women Changing Cities: Global Stories of Urban Transformation, and continue to share their message globally through speaking and an extensive online presence. Melissa is the director of the consultancy Modacity Creative, and Chris is the International Relations Manager at the Dutch Cycling Embassy.
