Placemaking Week Europe brings together a wide programme of sessions, workshops, plenaries and activities. With several things happening across the festival, it helps to have one place where you can see what is on, choose what matters to you and keep track of where you need to be.
That is what the Sched App is for.
Build your own programme
The PWE26 Sched platform lets you browse the full festival programme and explore sessions, speakers, plenaries and activities. When you find something you want to attend, you can save it and build your own agenda.
You can shape each day around the conversations and activities you are most interested in. Your personal schedule stays in the app, giving you a practical overview of your festival programme.
Sched also provides filters and different programme views, making it easier to find a particular topic, speaker or activity and decide how you want to spend your time.
Keep the practical information close
Your festival ticket is stored in Sched, with a unique QR code that allows you to register at the festival. You will need it for registration, so make sure you have access to the app before you arrive.
During the festival, Sched keeps the information you need about your programme in one place. Session locations and other relevant programme details are available there. The app can also send updates and alerts as information changes.
Sched supports offline access too, so your schedule can be stored locally on your device and viewed without an internet connection.
Find people as well as sessions
We aim to foster community and create space for meaningful connections. Placemaking Week Europe brings together people working with and thinking about places, giving them time to meet, exchange ideas and build relationships.
We chose Sched because it includes attendee profiles. You can add a photo, some details about yourself and links you want to share, giving other participants a way to learn a little about you and connect with you more easily.
Use the platform before and during the festival to explore the programme and make connections around the sessions and activities you plan to attend.
