Book Your Stay Early!

Reggio Emilia has a charming range of hotels and B&Bs, but availability is limited! We recommend arranging your accommodation as soon as you’ve purchased your ticket.

In collaboration with the local tourism information office, we’ve pre-reserved a number of rooms for Placemaking Week Europe attendees until the end of May (specific deadlines per hotel are listed in the document below). After that, bookings open to the general public, and rooms may go quickly due to other events happening in the area!

To access special rates, please contact the hotel directly via email to make your booking, and mention that you’re attending Placemaking Week Europe 2025.

If you run into any issues or have difficulty securing accommodation, please feel free to reach out to the Reggio Emilia Official Tourism Information Office directly for support.
