We are back with a new webinar series on place-led development: development that matters. This time we’ll be diving into Pihlajaniemi in Turku, Finland. A former military barrack in the old capital of Finland will be transformed into a thriving new neighborhood.
.
On April 25th, together with David Sim from Softer, and Otto Virenius from Senaatti. We will take a deep dive into a former military barrack area in Turku. The project covers a total of 300,000 square meters, primarily residential, with 20% being price-regulated social housing. Half of the project now has a legal city plan, with construction starting this year.
