The Tooltest working group is a collective of Placemaking Europe leaders that work on testing, measuring and improving placemaking tools. The first projects include the organization of Tooltest Day.
What is a 'Tooltest Day'?
Tooltest Day is a concept of collective development in the European Placemaking network Toolbox. We do believe that collective approach of professionals in creation of such toolbox can bring complex view on the tools. Sharing the knowledge and successful tools which are accessible for all will boost our further work and help us in effectivity and success in our project. Particular test of all the tools should not be considered as additional work. Our aim is to design process based on testing the tool by using them in your individual projects.
How does a Tooltest Day work?
Tooltest Day relies on the belief that placemaking tools should be accessible for all the stakeholders involved in the process. If you develop or apply successfully a placemaking tool, share it with us, and receive a high-profile professional feedback from Placemaking Europe’s network. If you want to enrich your placemaking practice and experiment with new approaches, we can help you with it, by providing you with diverse applicable solutions. Through the ‘Tooltest Day’ Initiative we aim to create a platform for testing different tools from our collaborative network, while using them in individual projects.
