TJ works with the team at Develop Nova Scotia on a variety of public and infrastructure focused projects ranging from small public space interventions to mixed-use developments. These projects are typically shaped through a collaborative approach with partners, stakeholders and the public. In his role as Manager of Design, TJ works to bring a variety of perspectives and inspiration to projects, from facilitation through the creative process. His interests include the City at Eye Level, Universal Design, Accessibility, Placemaking, Urban Ecology and Photography.

Describe one of the projects you are most proud of
New Place on the Halifax Waterfront. A local gathering space with a combination of seasonal vendors, public square and a stage for local artists. This former parking lot is shaped by a placemaking process which included a number of PPS Place Game activities to shape design, uses and activities.
