Wearing several hats and using her innovation and design management skills across a variety of sectors from Education, Equality, Inclusion, Women's issue, Mental Health, Urban Place-making and Civic Participation. An active volunteer and Board member for community organizations, including youth sports and neuro-diversity.
Championing the value of 'designing' inclusive communities, with as many diverse, multi-level stakeholders around the table.
Actively networking, with attending and participating in many of the European and global conferences across various sectors and fields from design to the urbanization of our cities.

With expertise in Design Strategy and designing processes for bringing multi-level and multi-stakeholders together. Consideration for universal design in urban placemaking. Expertise in considerations for neuro-diversity and designing inclusive spaces. Inclusion for Youth / Education in creative and digital processes for urban peacemaking with sharing our Analogue to Digital project. How to design gender equal spaces.
Describe one of the projects you are most proud of
Analogue to Digital one of youth projects under BIDs Belgium. Bringing together youth from a special educational needs school together with a mainstream school to co-create and learn together, using creativity and digital tools. With this social impact project going 'full-circle' with the school incorporating a STEAM lab encouraging participation and creativity integrated into their main stream education. With 'Espace Kalm' project relating to this, looking at neuro-scientific design and we can design 'healthy' environments for everyone.
